![]() ![]() Definitely reach out to the customer support. Tried my disc and no issues navigating to any of the extras. This a problem when you collect many BDS & do not get around to watching them for years! I do unwrap & test every BD I buy, w/in a couple days, to make sure it loads & I get to the main menu. They may not have any since Disney bought them. I will email & see if they are able to send me a replacement. Cannot use mouse with Leawo (For any BD or DVD) to just click on the menu item you wish to select. Using the keyboard arrows or the “virtual controller” arrows, same issue. I tried that this evening & while I can play the BD, the menu problems remain. I do not have another BD player but can play a BD on my iMac using Pioneer BDR-XD05S external disc drive & Leawo Blu-ray player app. She gave me a ticket # & the same email you just posted. She said they do not have access to that BD in order to test it. I asked if they had a copy of the Sand Pebbles BD to try in their BD Player & either it also will not work or they can give me any special instructions to navigate that menu. I erased the “Persistent Storage” No help. She suggested I delete the BD player cache & also try it in another BD player. She asked if I had the latest firmware (Yes). But absolutely cannot get to the Right side of the menu where all the features are. I can navigate (with considerable difficulty) the Left side that has 2 commentaries & a trivia track. She had me try different things to navigate the Special Feature menu & nothing worked. She said they do not handle that BD & directed me to 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment 1-88. Earlier today I had called Walt DisneyStudios Home Entertainment (Since Disney bought 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment) 1-80 & spoke with Patty in in customer relations. ![]()
